''Lom'' means ''wind'' and ''Dee'' means ''good'' in the Thai language.
In Thai massage tradition they say that the wind blows along the ''SEN'' (energy lines)inside the body.
When the wind stops moving the body becomes tired and starts to suffer.
When you allow the wind to flow, it gives a boost to the immune system and autonomic nervous system and we begin to feel better.
